Very tasty homemade cakes

I can't say anything about coffee and cake because it never happened. Slow and disorganized staff. You don't really feel wanted. First you stand there stupid, then you should choose cakes because they prepare the free table. When we were allowed to go to the table, everything was still full. The dirty dishes. After a long time someone finally came to clear up ... But only the next table ... Really now? She was gone and never came back. Then we left, thank you for the great birthday or better thank you for nothing!

Very good, from the service to the cake. We had chocolate cream cake and gooseberry meringue with the most delicious meringue topping I've eaten in a long time 😉

Heartfelt recommendation, because stylish retro furnishings, palace orchestra music in the background, delicious hot (thick) chocolate and apple strudel - an experience!

As always, our stay was very pleasant. We feel well looked after and will see each other again soon.

Nicely located, easily accessible, very pleasant atmosphere thanks to very friendly staff. And the homemade delicacies! A dream! And every journey, however long, is definitely worth it! I will definitely be happy to come back and I expect to find many more imitators. We recommend!

Highly popular café, well attended. Nevertheless, we were lucky enough to "get hold of a table". Friendly service. Apple strudel and the sundae in very good quality. Refreshments always recommended.

The Louisen Café is one of the nicest in Wernigerode, the staff is very friendly and accommodating, the cakes and pies are freshly made and very reasonably priced and the sundaes are awesome
